Property Management

 

We take the effort out of commercial property investment and ownership by dealing with rent collection, tenant relations, service charges, insurance, regular inspections and plant maintenance.  We are proactive in advising on maximising income and value.

Our systems are fully computerised and we produce regular statements tailored to the needs of clients.  Where rent is collected, it is paid to clients by their preferred procedures, either by cheque or direct payment into designated bank accounts.

All clients’ money is handled in accordance with the strict rules imposed by the RICS.
